SUPERBOX

Superbox are instrument enclosures ready to instal. There are two types of enclosures, S3-1 and S6-6, both made from high-performance material based on polyurethane - PURSI which is:

corrosion resistant to majority acids and alkalis
impact resistant
fire retardant
UV resistant

Thickness of the enclosure wall of min. 15 mm offers perfect thermal insulation for very low ambient temperatures. Additional insulation is NOT required.

Enclosures are moulded into precise metal matching moulds. The two-part enclosures are divided diagonally for easy opening and easy access to the installed instruments. Surface with a satin gloss external and internal finish. Standard colour is dark grey similar to RAL 7016.

Enclosure design:

All hinges, toggle fasteners, tops, stays and screws are from stainless steel
Inside sealing of the two enclosure parts by high-quality neoprene gasket
Surface resistance according to 2014/34/EU (ATEX & EAЭС)
Protection classification: IP 65
Standard design temperature of the enclosure: -40 degC to +60 degC

TYPE S3-1: 500 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm
TYPE S6-1: 500 mm x 400 mm x 700 mm
